RCCT towing

William is a super hero!! He was very fast coming to the rescue. Went above and beyond to ensure my safety. Called shops to get my vehicle in immediately. Was very patient when waiting for a bay to drop my vehicle off the tow truck. Very knowledgeable and careful as to not further damage the vehicle. I will definitely recommend his services to anyone needing them. My tire broke off due to Mike's Tire incompetence inability to properly tighten down my lug nuts after getting a new tire on front drivers side!!

This guy totaled my car. Plain and simple. My insurance sent this guy out to pick up my car for a claim, and he somehow hooked up his tow chain and yanked the strut assembly away from the spring seat. My car went from being drivable, to being completely unoperable. And of course he denied everything, tried to get rude with me on the phone, and refused to even acknowledge he could have messed up. Let alone pay for what he broke. This guy cost me a TON of money. I am so disappointed. I could not have had a worse experience. This company sucks, bad.

I was hit and left stranded. Rcct was called out from my insurance. This man was very pleasant to work with, even after the fact with answering questions from my claims agent.

This place is beyond unprofessional. I spoke to a driver regarding a flat tire change at 11:54am. At 4:38pm I reached out to the company to figure out why I had not received assistance yet and the dispatcher was extremely unhelpful/rude. He could not provide me with an estimate of when my vehicle would be done or any other information. I attempted to get in contact with him one more time only to realize that RCCT Towing had blocked my phone number. I would give this company 0 stars if this were an option. A complete and total waste of time.

William was very professional and quick, He changed my tire for me last night when I was stuck on the side of the road. The company was very easy to deal with. I will use them again if I'm in the area and need it,

A decent person doing a decent job at a decent rate. Now they couldn't help me, but didn't charge an arm & leg to come try! Appreciate you and your professionalism, sincerely. It's nice to see a human, especially in the city, be able to do their job w/OUT staying on the phone or some other unrelated nonsense. This is NOT this Co. I hand out 1 stars like breathing, I don't give 5 stars unless they're good! This company is good!

Had a tire blowout and rim trashed on a boat trailer headed north for the week on I-75 just south of Exit 149. Instead of billing me decent amount of money, William(I think) advised that Menards had tires on wheels ready to go. I have not shopped at a Menards and had no idea they had that or that I was close to one. After a drive to Menards, a small shopping spree and about 45 minutes total I was back on the road thanks to William at RCCT.

if I could leave ZERO stars I would. this guy broke my strut in the process of towing and refuses to acknowledge or take responsibility for his actions.

Best experience I’ve had with a tow! The driver was super friendly and great to chat with. Absolutely recommend calling for their service! Great to see a smaller company make the best out of a bad situation. Thank you again!
