RC Hotcoats Powder Coating

Repeat Customer! I would like to thank the guys (Randy, Tyler and TJ) at RC Hotcoats, a small and "customer focused" small business. In Dec 2025, they powder coated by BMW summer wheels ( I cannot wait to put them on in April) and did a fastastic, beautiful job. They answered all my questions, and the job was done on time, and at a great price. I chose them for 3 reasons: Great client reviews, I like a "small shop" because you know they have skin in the game to make the client happy and they are highly experienced at their craft. Thank you again! I will highly recommend RC Hotcoats for wheels and any other items that need powder coating.

First went to RC a few years back. Had an old set of black steel wheels on my jeep and wanted to paint them an old school wagon wheel white color. The guys in the shop did an incredible job and to this day the wheels look brand new and I still get compliments on them frequently. Just this week I had an old bolt together pull-up bar of mine that I found that came standard with a slick paint that makes it difficult to grab. Took it to RC and within literally one day they had it ready for me to pick up. The bar was powder coated with a grippy paint with almost a sandpaper consistency. Perfect for the application. These guys do honest, top quality work for a fair price. They have a customer for life in me and if you have anything in need of a top notch paint job, look no further.

I would like to thank the people at RC Hotcoats (Randy, Tyler) for their tremendous flexibility, professionalism, and communication on an extra expedited service for Cargill's manufacturing plant. We needed to remove powder coating on a part critical to our facility's operation. They answered my call at 2pm and we had a plan by 3pm. After dropping off the part, they worked overtime and deliver the finished part early next morning, allowing us to meet business needs.

The guys at RC Hot Coats are first class. From my first exploratory visit to the final pick up and the phone calls in between, they treated me like a valued customer. Their facility is also first class. They were not the cheapest, but their level of professionalism and track record made them stand out above the rest. I had the factory rims on my brand-new Range Rover power coated. My truck looks like it just rolled off the factory assembly line. My go to guys when it comes to any powder coating or ceramic coating needs. They show a high tier of craftsmanship in their profession. Very knowledgeable and would highly recommend to everyone for projects small or large !

They have been my only option for coating work over the years since they opened. What separates them from other shops is not only the options for colors and finish types but the prep work on each part. They take the time to prep each part right the first time so the coatings last. They mask the areas of the parts that shouldn’t have coating so assembly is simple. With vapor blasting as an option now too they’ve added a service that makes restorations quicker and easier now.

Had spoken to RC Hotcoat’s about powder coating the frame and swingarm on my Dirtbike. After a long discussion with them I’m super please with the results. RC Hotcoats is by far the best place to go for all powder coating needs. They have coated a bunch of stuff for me over the years and it turns out great every time. Really good guys, the most reasonable prices, and always happy with the quality of their service. Most recently they coated my dirt bike frame and swingarm. Also did a awesome job coating my wheels for my truck. RC hotcoats is the best in the business!

Tyler and his crew are great to work with and know their stuff. I think powder coating has become my new addiction. I love to get salvage pieces and bring them to life. They did a great job on these strap hinges!
