HVAC technician, Jacob, was dispatched to our home on 11-06-2025 to perform routine service on our HVAC system. Brook, in the Ray's Service office, helped me make my appointment. Both Brook and Jacob provided excellent customer service. They are polite, personable, honest, and timely. We are members of Ray's Service Sunshine Comfort Club which has proven to be a very good value for our money over the past couple of years. We appreciate that the owners of this company, who installed our HVAC system in 2018, have done an exemplary job for us from the get go. All of their office employees and service technicians have consistently provided honest, dependable, professional, affordable HVAC service.

Jacob was great. He is very professional and kept us informed about the time to expect him. We had our fall tuneup which is part of our Sunshine Comfort Club membership.

I needed to replace my air conditioning. After checking around, I got 3 good recommendations for Ray's. Chris came out to inspect my unit. He was very friendly, respectful, thorough and gave me some great options with very reasonable prices. I ended up getting a heat tube and air conditioning unit. The installers arrived the next day and was able to replace everything in one day. The work crew was very knowledgeable and friendly. Jake was especially helpful and a great all around guy. He installed my smart thermostat and discovered attic ac vents that I didn't know I had. Isaiah was also great. The team cleaned everything up before leaving. The next day Anthony came by to finish the details and he was also a great guy. The whole experience from dealing with the office to the on site workers was very positive. This is a great company that does great work very efficiently. I highly recommend this company for ac and heat work.

Great service, very detailed including under the house check for insulation. Above and beyond previous companies I’ve used, will be a Rays customer for life.

Emmanuel came to Sierra Madre today for our 6-month regular Sunshine Comfort Club maintenance. He notified me when he was on his way with an estimated time of arrival. When he arrived he introduced himself and offered to put on booties before entering the home. He was very thorough and asked good questions. He was careful to clean any fingerprints or smudges as he bottomed up the attic stairs. He explained everything in great detail. Hard worker, great attitude and good customer service. Highly recommend.
