Rays Heating+Cooling is amazing. Have been using them for many, many years. They insure immediate attention to the issue you are experiencing. They are prompt and always do a professional job. Also, they keep you informed via texts as to the status of your appointment and when they will be arriving. Outstanding technicians…feel very fortunate to have this company always there for us when the need arises! They are THE BEST!!!

Fantastic service and great value! The technician Daryl arrived quickly to diagnose the issue. Our unit was running smoothly again in only a couple hours. Daryl thoroughly explained what the problem was and proposed a reasonable price for the work. I am used to other companies who fabricate expensive and unnecessary repairs. But the honesty we got from Ray's was a breath of fresh air! I highly recommend their services.

HVAC technician, Jacob, was dispatched to our home on 11-06-2025 to perform routine service on our HVAC system. Brook, in the Ray's Service office, helped me make my appointment. Both Brook and Jacob provided excellent customer service. They are polite, personable, honest, and timely. We are members of Ray's Service Sunshine Comfort Club which has proven to be a very good value for our money over the past couple of years. We appreciate that the owners of this company, who installed our HVAC system in 2018, have done an exemplary job for us from the get go. All of their office employees and service technicians have consistently provided honest, dependable, professional, affordable HVAC service.

I feel like Ray’s takes great care of us in maintenance. Good subscription service for it. Emmanuel was our recent technician and was quick and thorough, plus right on time! Highly recommend this company.

We have been using Rays since we bought our house, they were recommended by a couple friends in the area. All of the technicians and people who work there are professional and helpful. Jacob has been our most recent technician and he really provided a lot of useful information regarding filtration technology, air scrubbers, and the like. They are thorough in their work and followup. We really appreciate this wonderful local family-owned company.

When your AC system gets to be 20 plus years old you are going to be getting to know your AC guys fairly well. Ray’s guys are great I really appreciate their knowledge and service. Emmanuel checked out our system today while we found our common interests. Jason is going to help us move forward and ensure a cool summer.

They were hard working and very customer focused to make sure they cleaned up treated us with the utmost respect and consideration. Thank you!

Jacob was great. He is very professional and kept us informed about the time to expect him. We had our fall tuneup which is part of our Sunshine Comfort Club membership.

Ray’s Service provides extremely professional, top-notch HVAC installation & maintenance. We highly recommend them! Since they did an amazing job installing our new HVAC Unit a few years ago, Ray’s has kept it running exceptionally well. Chris & Whitney have built an excellent team of employees who are so knowledgeable & helpful. We have had Daryle service our unit the past 2 years & he is great.
