Rays Service has been around the block for a while, dating back in the 60’s it was owned by the actual Ray himself. When Bill came home from Vietnam he worked for Rays and purchased a part of the company starting Ray’s Service, Inc. in 1988. Chris, his stepson, came on board in 2005 wanting to apply his incredibly mechanical mind to an in-demand trade. His plans to purchase the business were cut short by Bills unfortunate diagnoses with cancer. HVAC technician, Jacob, was dispatched to our home on 11-06-2025 to perform routine service on our HVAC system. Brook, in the Ray's Service office, helped me make my appointment. Both Brook and Jacob provided excellent customer service. They are polite, personable, honest, and timely. We are members of Ray's Service Sunshine Comfort Club which has proven to be a very good value for our money over the past couple of years. We appreciate that the owners of this company, who installed our HVAC system in 2018, have done an exemplary job for us from the get go. All of their office employees and service technicians have consistently provided honest, dependable, professional, affordable HVAC service.

Jacob was great. He is very professional and kept us informed about the time to expect him. We had our fall tuneup which is part of our Sunshine Comfort Club membership.
