Got referred to Ravi through someone, very bad experience with Ravi and the entire team. Girls working there, takes no responsibility whatsoever. They charge you 80% of charges and till the time you don’t pay the balance they won’t share anything. Initially, Ravi said that don’t worry you’ll get good substantial amount of refund and when I got the assessment it was only peanuts. Girls working at the office are so unprofessional and have 0 knowledge about the tax services. I forgot to e-sign the tax summary documents, they didn’t even bother to call me and inform me that my tax return is still pending. All they care was their money and that’s it. Would not recommend anybody to use their services. Very bad Ravi, I had high expectations from you. Totally disappointed 😔

I highly recommend for anyone needing expert tax services. They are professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly, ensuring I understood each step of the process. First of all. Sir don’t attend any call with customer even if client have doubts or get any letter from CRA to clarify that doubt. Secondly, they charge for each service individually. My husband recently file his ITR from them and we got letters from CRA regarding credit transfer. We called them so many times .They just respond give as $70 or $50 then we fill the form. And CRA didn’t access his ITR 2024. Now we are handling this matter by own self.

Worst Experience…. No professional dealing just need money and than they don’t care when you are getting reassessment due to their fault
