Absolutely a marvellous practice .i recently swapped from a nearby veterinary practice I wish I had done it sooner as this practice shown a act of kindness to us after we lost one of our cats that was not even under there care ( That’s how caring this team are ) from when I walked in the door with my cat Teddy I felt so welcomed by the reception team On the first visit Teddy was examined and treated by Charlotte who was so kind friendly and compassionate.About a week later I took Teddy back without an appointment he had developed another health concern I explained I was going away in a few hours and was worried they put me at ease and fitted him in he was seen by a male vet ( I wish I could remember his name ) he too was exceptional really treated Teddy with kindness and gentleness as he is a senior cat he explained in great detail about his condition and any additional treatments he may require in the future all in all I am very happy with the care and treatments that Ravensdale vets have provided and also the pricing which I think is very fare.

Simply the Best! This is hands down the best veterinary clinic I’ve ever been to. From the moment we walked in, the staff were incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely caring. They treated my cat with such patience and compassion, as if she were their own. You can truly feel that they love what they do. The whole experience was stress-free, and I left feeling reassured that my pet was in the best hands possible. I couldn’t be more grateful for the way they looked after her. If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would! Highly recommended to any pet owner who wants exceptional care for their furry friend.

Took our 3 cats to Ravensdale Vets, for check up.We were greeted by a lovely woman called Rebecca, she was so polite, and so friendly.would definitely say she is an asset to this vets practice.my partner and I were totally impressed, with how she looked after and treated our cats.The rest of the staff were also very friendly.if I could give more than 5 stars I would. Have used other vets Practice before this one. And can say this vets is the best!! With out a doubt. Well done Ravensdale Vets!! and thankyou.

Whoever is working on the phones has got to be one of the rudest people I have ever come across. Was only trying to get my dog registered here as I used to take my previous dog to Staveley Vets and had moved local to ravenshead. Luckily I’ve found another practice that doesn’t have people who hate their jobs working at the desk.

Great experience with Ravensdale Vets! They performed my cat’s tail amputation professionally and at a very good price. The staff was kind, knowledgeable, and took great care of my cat. Highly recommend!

Great vets always amazing with my dogs

Best experience! Called them in a bit of a panic because my dog had eaten a slug (they carry lungworm) and I’m going on holiday in 2 days. They reassured me and saw us the same day to get our prescription sorted and we were in and out in 5 minutes. And everyone was so nice!!!
