Ravensdale Vets

Took our 3 cats to Ravensdale Vets, for check up.We were greeted by a lovely woman called Rebecca, she was so polite, and so friendly.would definitely say she is an asset to this vets practice.my partner and I were totally impressed, with how she looked after and treated our cats.The rest of the staff were also very friendly.if I could give more than 5 stars I would. Have used other vets Practice before this one. And can say this vets is the best!! With out a doubt. Well done Ravensdale Vets!! and thankyou.

Whoever is working on the phones has got to be one of the rudest people I have ever come across. Was only trying to get my dog registered here as I used to take my previous dog to Staveley Vets and had moved local to ravenshead. Luckily I’ve found another practice that doesn’t have people who hate their jobs working at the desk.

Simply the Best! This is hands down the best veterinary clinic I’ve ever been to. From the moment we walked in, the staff were incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely caring. They treated my cat with such patience and compassion, as if she were their own. You can truly feel that they love what they do. The whole experience was stress-free, and I left feeling reassured that my pet was in the best hands possible. I couldn’t be more grateful for the way they looked after her. If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would! Highly recommended to any pet owner who wants exceptional care for their furry friend.

Great experience with Ravensdale Vets! They performed my cat’s tail amputation professionally and at a very good price. The staff was kind, knowledgeable, and took great care of my cat. Highly recommend!

Best experience! Called them in a bit of a panic because my dog had eaten a slug (they carry lungworm) and I’m going on holiday in 2 days. They reassured me and saw us the same day to get our prescription sorted and we were in and out in 5 minutes. And everyone was so nice!!!

I needed to leave a review with regards to the kindness and compassion shown by Sabrina (vet) that came out to my home. Diesel was no longer able to stand and after having him in my life for 14 years I had to let him go. Sabrina was amazing, she explained everything that she was doing, all the time listening to me ramble, without judgement just kindness. She fussed him and made him feel relaxed, just looking at his reaction to her, I could tell he trusted her, which was a great comfort. Melissa (receptionist) was also so kind and friendly when I had spoken to her and also when I paid. They really are a credit to the profession. It is so obvious that they are there because of their love of animals not just because it's a job. Thank you so much for everything Karen
