I’ve had the opportunity to work with Raven Windows both as an installer and as a customer using them in my own build, and both experiences have been outstanding. From an installation perspective, Raven Windows are exceptionally easy to work with. The process was smoother and more straightforward than installing North American-style windows. The innovative clip system eliminates the need for drilling holes into the frame or relying on a nailing flange, allowing everything to be done from inside. This design not only maintains the frame's integrity but also simplifies and quickens the installation process. As someone with extensive experience in installing windows and doors, I can confidently say Raven's European-style windows are the best I’ve worked with. Absolutely do not waste your money buying these!! The doors leak so much air and the condensation is terrible, Raven & Reynaers have both been out multiple times to fix and adjust them just to have the same results. I will say they have helped me as much as they can but I still have tons of problems that I don’t see going away. I have waited a very long time to review these cause I wanted to love them so bad and now I’m just totally unimpressed.

I wanted to take a few moments to thank the Raven Windows team for making all our construction dreams come true. We built our home in Silverleaf with Millstones Homes and Raven played a huge part in customizing our windows and doors to give our home the modern, premium, European look and feel. Our front door gives us the peace of mind that whenever we leave in a rush it auto locks as well as has the engineered extra safety features ensures that nobody could break in! We feel safe, stylish and extremely happy with the Raven Windows products! We wanted to take a minute to write a quick review about our experience with Raven Windows as we are extremely happy with our European-style windows and slider! The windows are beautiful, functional, efficient, and highly adjustable (tilt/turn) which makes them perfect for our new home. Augustin and his team were great to work with before, during, and after the installation. The team is highly knowledgeable and are very thorough in their approach so they are able to provide the best product to meet your needs. The service and quality are also top-notch and the company was always available throughout the process to address any questions we had during the construction process. We will definitely use Raven again for any future projects and will continue to recommend them to anyone looking for a quality window provider.

Raven was good to work with at purchase time and waited for our house to be ready for window installation. But the way the windows are installed by their installers they leak really bad, and Raven will not correct the problem. Our drywall and insulation is getting ruined and will mold. Also they way it was spray foamed on the install you could see right through in some places. Also the extension jams aren't correct on the inside for some of the windows. On certain days the windows are fogged over, which Raven claims to be normal.
