Are you a “traditional” tree or a “modern” tree lover?
Do you love the modern colors and ornaments, or the traditional ones?
My tree is always traditional with most of my ornaments having special memories behind them. The one in the photograph was purchased at my sister’s store some time in 2000. They didn’t have an ornament with one of my children’s name on it, so my mother painted his name on it. It’s special! I have many ornaments that my mother-in-law engraved for us, and I have a lot of ornaments the kids made while in daycare or elementary school. Every year, when I decorate my tree, I remember the joy they had in bringing that ornament home to me!
