It’s so awesome to leave a closing and hear your clients say “Love you, talk to you next week”!
We jokingly say we are BFFs but…we really have become the best of friends! I first met this sweet couple in February of this year and we made a plan. It took a lot of planning to sell their property which consisted of 47 acres, two manufactured homes, a wonderful heated and cooled workshop, and numerous other outbuildings.
Where do you put all of the items you have accumulated over the years when you are downsizing? It took a lot of hard work on this sweet couple’s part.
We found them the perfect property and it closed this summer, then the move began…and here we are! I’m so happy for these two, as well as the young couple that purchased their property!
