Yikes. In real estate, we call this a "motivated seller." Because let's be honest, the Mavs didn't get max value in the Luka trade. He was essentially a For Sale By Owner. No one knew he was even for sale! Because if they did, Dallas would have received a heck of a lot more than they did. At least host an open house! Sheesh.
