This is a story of patience. Jarrod and Jamie loved their home, but over time, it just didn’t have the space they needed. A lot changed in the five years since they purchased it—their son grew older and dreamed of a bigger yard to throw baseballs and play.
For the past couple of years, we kept an eye on the market, and toured a few homes, but never found the one. Then, in mid-October, after they already had their home under contract, they made the decision to move in with family and let God guide the next step—whether it meant finding the right house or building one.
One day, they came across a post on Facebook about the perfect home about to hit the market. They didn’t hesitate—they reached out to the seller, connected with the agent, and the rest is history. Now, they’re moving into what might just be their forever home!
