Hey there! I just finished putting together a list of activities in the Rankin County area for fall, and I figured I would pass it along! Here are the top 3 events I am looking forward to:
1. Oktoberfest 2025: October 4, 2025 from 2pm – 6pm in Downtown Brandon
Family friendly event with axe throwing, drinks, games, contests, and kid’s zone.
2. Harvest Festival: October 11, 2025 from 11am – 2pm at Dogwood (behind McAlisters)
This is a great event with free pumpkins for the kids, harvest games and prizes, emergency vehicles, refreshments, crafts, face painting, harvest scene for pictures. Free to attend!
3. 042 Nights: Boo!: October 23, 2025 from 5:30pm-8pm in Downtown Brandon
Great event featuring a monster mash-up of festive fun with Kids Zone, trick or treating for free candy, family selfie station, children’s costume parade, pumpkin decorating contest and more. Free to attend!
