I’m in land o lakes , just near Lutz and had experience with multiple servicing companies in the area for my house, I faced a situation when suddenly my GE dishwasher went out of warranty after years of use and heating element blew off the water seal at the bottom behind so we got unknown leak and damaged freshly installed floring, so I needed some help asap and googled nicely named appliance tech company Raptor Appliances of Tampa - sounds awesome, fortunately for me they were available same day service and Alex best professional guy there arrived on time and helped to fix it pretty quick and luckily parts were found in stock by them, so price surprisingly affordable - so my satisfaction were tremendous! I saved their contacts for servicing all my appliances in the future and recommend them to everyone I meet for that matter.

Alex did an excellent job repairing my dryer. It was making a loud noise and not drying properly — he diagnosed it fast and found the problem was a failing idler pulley and worn drum rollers. He walked me through every step, showed me the faulty parts, and was completely transparent about the cost. Very professional, knowledgeable, and takes pride in his work. I’ll definitely call him again.

I would definitely recommend this company. The door of our washing machine wouldn't open. I called on Sunday in the afternoon and Alex came Monday morning. He explained everything that was going on and fixed our washer the same day. He actually went to pick up the parts that were needed which was an hour away. Once he returned he fixed the problem right away.
