Rented the smallest rolloff they had because I was having landscaping work done. Was given a quote of $300 which I paid promptly. I chose them because they said they could deliver next day and they were $300 and most of the other places were $400-$500. The only thing I put in the dumpster was palm leaves from 5 trees, landscaping fabric, 1/4 yard of old much, and dead grass rakings. They tried to say it was 1.57 tons overweight and charged my card an extra $149 without approval by me. Including the .5 tons that was supposedly included that would have to mean it was 4000 lbs. There is absolutely no way what I put in the dumpster weight 1 ton let alone over 2 tons. The rolloff itself weighs 3500 lbs so that are charging me for the weight of the actual rolloff. What’s worse is they sent an invoice for the additional amount then within minutes, without any proof or authorization, charged my card the additional fee. Seems like they under quote then make up fees to get extra money.

Used them twice now, which says all you need to know about how awesome they are! Price, great! Customer service, fantastic! Dropoff and pick up, SMOOTH and professional!

What an awesome experience! The owner was so communicative, even while he was on a cruise! I also like that he took his employees on a cruise…it says so much about the type of owner and boss he is. Our pick-up and drop-off were seamless and the pricing was very reasonable. In a season where most are taking advantage of the hurricane “business” this company stands apart and stays fair. Kudos!

Went to Florida after the two recent hurricanes to clean up our home there. Even with all the added dumpster requests and debris everywhere, Raps Roll Off had a dumpster in my front yard immediately. Then when I needed it emptied and returned again, they did that immediately as well. Their services are superb, they promptly answer their phone seven days a week and are always available for issues.
