Saw recommendation for Alan on local Facebook page - had been trying to get someone to look at a broken boiler for weeks - Alan had someone out to me the same day and Dave was brilliant talked me through everything he was doing and found the fault and fixed it for me within an hour. Will def recommend Alan and his team.

We got our noisy water pump replaced and the lads from Rapidplumb were absolutely brilliant. They knew their stuff and were very professional as well. They responded quickly and the job was done in less than a week. The pump is very quiet and the pressure is fantastic. I would highly recommend Rapidplumb for any plumbing needs in the house.

Excellent service from Alan and his team to fix a minor plumbing issue I had with my kitchen tap - very easy to deal with and arrange an appointment. They arrived on time, resolved the issue with minimal disruption and left the place as they found it. I would be very happy to recommend RapidPlumb.

Our thermostat broke three days before Christmas and the first plumber we rang said they couldn't get out to us until a few days after Christmas at the earliest. Then I was lucky enough to stumble across this service. Alan was able to come out later that evening to replace it with a Hive thermostat. Stayed around too to help me get it connected to the Wifi and working. Excellent service and saved us from a potentially cold, miserable Christmas. Thanks a million!

Not helpful, came by on Monday for a consultation and was told he would send a quote over by Wednesday. Heard nothing on the Wednesday/Thursday, then I called them on the Friday and he told me he would send the quote soon. I sent a follow up text again the following Tuesday and eventually received a response saying he was declining this. No reason given and a week wasted on getting the issue fixed. Disappointing after reading the positive reviews.

Excellent service. Fast turnaround. Contacted at 12 noon to fix broken kitchen sink tap. Fixed by 4pm that same day with replacement tap. High recommend.
