Saw recommendation for Alan on local Facebook page - had been trying to get someone to look at a broken boiler for weeks - Alan had someone out to me the same day and Dave was brilliant talked me through everything he was doing and found the fault and fixed it for me within an hour. Will def recommend Alan and his team.

We got our noisy water pump replaced and the lads from Rapidplumb were absolutely brilliant. They knew their stuff and were very professional as well. They responded quickly and the job was done in less than a week. The pump is very quiet and the pressure is fantastic. I would highly recommend Rapidplumb for any plumbing needs in the house.

Our thermostat broke three days before Christmas and the first plumber we rang said they couldn't get out to us until a few days after Christmas at the earliest. Then I was lucky enough to stumble across this service. Alan was able to come out later that evening to replace it with a Hive thermostat. Stayed around too to help me get it connected to the Wifi and working. Excellent service and saved us from a potentially cold, miserable Christmas. Thanks a million!
