Okay I can only give 3 stars here and I think that’s fair enough for the service I received. So this one I can’t change. Originally it was just 1 star but the guy came back for a 3rd visit which is fair enough. Though I was charged £350 and it included 2 visits only whereas i discovered that other companies offer 3 visits for less than £350. The reality is these guys will only lay down poison and some traps, then fill gaps with silicone and steel wool. The traps aren’t very good, all triggered but no rat. The poison did manage to kill one rat which left me with a million flies and a horrible stench. Not much we can do there as we couldn’t locate the body. However, the rat(s) came back and terrorising me again! So actually, the problem wasn’t solved because I still have rat(s) and all they can do is disinfect and lay down some poison. In fact when the guy came back, he even asked me what I want him to do lol… which I was surprised by since I’m not the pest controller. Though now I’m not as surprised because what can we do?! Anyway I do think the service is overpriced. I was quoted £400 to cement seal with steel mesh all the areas with gaps, by a builder. That’s only £50 difference and it might actually be a permenant solution to what I was given which is temporary.

My experience with this company has been extremely stressful, and I have spent nearly £400 with very disappointing results. First visit: We paid a premium for a same-day visit to inspect and treat a rat problem, including securing entry holes. The technician did not inspect thoroughly—I had to guide him around, and he still missed obvious holes. Bait was not placed in key areas such as under the kickboards or near the boiler. Hole were agreed to be secured after a phone call were left open. The bait used in trays was ineffective, as rats avoid this type. Due to poor communication with the office, a stressful call had to be made just to get what was originally agreed and this didn't even happen. This visit felt like a complete waste of money (£120). Second visit: It was again agreed that 3–4 holes would be secured. However, I was suddenly told that only holes “made by rats” would be fixed, and that ours were “too big”—something that was never mentioned before on the call. After another stressful phone call, three holes were eventually secured, using steel mesh and our own duct tape. One of these was later breached by the rat. Better quality poison was placed in one area which was good. Third visit: I had clearly asked for all poison to be removed, which I understand is a legal requirement. The technician was reluctant to do this and only removed some of it, leaving the rest because it was “hard to reach.” We had agreed that any holes where poison was removed would be re-secured, but again he resisted and had to confirm this by phone before doing it. I also had to repeatedly ask for missed holes to be secured, which again required phone approval. Overall: I would not recommend this company. Communication is poor, every visit involved stressful arguments, the main bait used was ineffective, and the quality of work was unreliable. For the amount of money paid, I expected a far more professional and competent service.

In my house bedbugs issue. Shivam is very understandable and good person. He deal with bedbugs and sort out problem in few hours. He is really a hardworking and superb service. Highly recommended this company
