Rapid Towing & Recovery

Rapid Tow accepted a job from my road side assistance program. I was in a main city and they provided an initial time estimate. I called an hour later I called and was given an estimate of 30 minutes. An hour later I called and was told it was going to be up to another 2 hours. After demanding to speak to several supervisors, who told me I’d have to wait on the side of the freeway in a high risk area for another 1-2 hours, finally someone after over 3 hours dispatched a truck within 20 minutes. 1) Please do not accept work you’re unable to fulfill. 2) Please be honest with time estimates. Thirty minutes is very different than over 3 hours.

The best towing company so far ! He was very professional talkative and helpful! I did forget his name though. But he was amazing !

Tow truck wasn’t mechanically attached to my vehicle, but the driver still charged a $125 drop fee

They were told to tow a vehicle to our shop after it was involved in an accident. they towed it to a holding yard and said we would have to pay two tow bills if we we wanted it towed to our shop. they have all kinds of excuses why I was wrong and would not accept any responsibility for not towing it where we asked them to. total bull.

My car got stuck in Big Cottonwood Canyon during a heavy snow storm at night. After calling ten different local tow companies, Rapid Towing was the only company willing to help me. A tow truck was on site within one hour and got me down the canyon safely. A big thank you to Laura and Andrew. I will definitely use Rapid Towing in the future!

Rapid Towing has to be the best tow company I have had the pleasure of using. Andrew is such a good dude, he talks to you like you’ve been friends for years and the best part is that he cares about his customers and how he is chaining, strapping and transporting my truck. I couldn’t ask for a better company to have get me out of a bind. Also Laura is so great to talk to. She gets straight to the point and there is no guessing on what’s happing next. Thank you so much!

Tried to use them!!! Told me they were 20 minutes away. Then got a text that they cancelled the service! What?! After a live person talked to the driver with an ETA. They knew my my daughter was stranded with the car too!!! Went through my insurance company to get them. Horrible customer service!!! I would give ZERO stars if it let me! Can’t trust them at all!! My insurance company will be hearing from me tomorrow. Shameful!!!!!!!
