Randy was super helpful in getting a new battery for my car and installing it while I was stranded downtown. He got there within an hour and 15 minutes of my phone call, diagnose the problem and fixed it. He was kind and very communicative. Highly recommend.

I have a large Motor Home that I couldn’t get started. It wasn’t easy finding someone that would come look at since they had to come to me. Randy came out and diagnosed the problem in about 10 minutes. 5 days later my truck died too! He came right out. Same result…. He figured it out and had me up and running the same day. I would definitely recommend him and will use him in the future. Thanks Randy!

Called them at 9PM to change a flat tire after waiting over an hour for roadside assistance through my insurance. Randy was friendly quick, and reasonably priced. Will definitely call them again if I ever need anything!

Highly recommend! I was headed out of town with my wife and two dogs for a 15 hour road trip. It was 4am and we blew a tire 15 min into the trip. No jack in the vehicle. We tried calling a few different places with no response and/or declining service because of the time of day. Rapid Roadside called us back immediately, was pleasant and communicative throughout the entire process. We were so appreciative of him going the extra mile to come and help us. We were back on the road within 20 min. Highly recommend!

Very impressed. Very affordable. Super fast response time and best customer service I've ever had from a towing company. A roadside assistance truck came in less than 10 minutes to assess if I needed a tow or to see if he could help. When we realized I needed a tow, the wrecker arrived in just a few minutes. Thanks for getting me home so fast guys!

Wow!! Honestly couldn’t be happier with the service. Not only were the kind, quick, and efficient; they put their good morals over money. They were so reasonable with the price of the tow when I was in a bad situation. Every other tow company either quoted me double , asked for cash on arrival, or were just flat out rude and unresponsive after being told I would get a call back. Chris and his team are truly doing gods work. I don’t know what I would’ve done without them tonight. 100% will only be using his roadside services from now on. Thanks guys!!!

Had a problem with my car while going home and wasn’t able to drive it anymore. I was in a panic because we don’t have road side assistance from the insurance. Good thing I called Rapid Roadside & Recovery and spoke with them. They gave me a very reasonable quote price. And even though there was a lot of towing needed for that day, they still gave my car priority. They were very careful with how they handled my car from towing it in the truck bed to safely transporting my car and then lowering it in my parking space. They go all out and beyond with their service. Even though it was a very problematic day for me, calling Rapid Roadside & Recovery and letting them handle my car was not one of those problem. I might even say that they’re one of the things that went very well that day. Thank you Rapid Roadside & Recovery for your services. May you help more people in their time of needs.
