Professional and quick service! My wife's phone got run over a few times after it was dropped without us noticing. Screen was completely smashed and I wanted to make sure I took it somewhere that really knew what they were doing and talking about and I struck gold! We were given multiple options and given good technical explanations of potentially needed repairs and consequences of damage but very honest and didn't push for any unnecessary service sales which was a fresh of breath air! Highly recommend for anyone trying to avoid your usual dodgy corner repair shops!

Outstanding service, Very rarely do I go with the 1st suggestion on Google, this business absolutely deserves the top spot. Answered the phone 1st time, very friendly and knowledgeable, the human touch mixed with the easy to navigate booking system was refreshing. Very honest gentleman running the business, was ready to pay for a new charging port, have the phone over for repair, within an hour was called to say it only needed a clean and ended up costing a fraction of the price. Great local business.

Life saver! My phone broke the previous night and he was able to fix it the next morning for me and done the Job quick and perfectly, no complaints, I would recommend anyone to come here for any repairs, he also cleaned my charging port which fixed my charging situation with my phone which I didn’t even ask for. Bare im mind the phone is on its last legs and he repaired it in a manner that fixed most my Issues.

I had both my iPad and iPhone screens replaced here and I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough. Fantastic experience with Rapid Repairs and Joshua! I contacted him 2 weeks ago as my iPad wasn’t switching on and had a dent. He got in touch with me the next day and we discussed the drop off as well as the issues. Joshua explained to me that the motherboard might have been broken when bent and gave me a ballpark price, as well as wait time. We agreed on all details and he continued to message me updates as well as any changes. I picked up my iPad today, working perfectly with no visible damage from the dent.
