Brilliant service from Joshua. I brought in my iPhone 14 Pro which had a battery fault. Joshua explained the cause of it and gave me some really good tips for future proofing the phone. He fitted a new battery in one hour and it’s working great now. Fair price and a friendly and professional service. Recommended!

Fantastic experience with Rapid Repairs and Joshua! I contacted him 2 weeks ago as my iPad wasn’t switching on and had a dent. He got in touch with me the next day and we discussed the drop off as well as the issues. Joshua explained to me that the motherboard might have been broken when bent and gave me a ballpark price, as well as wait time. We agreed on all details and he continued to message me updates as well as any changes. I picked up my iPad today, working perfectly with no visible damage from the dent.
