Rapid Repairs

Professional and quick service! My wife's phone got run over a few times after it was dropped without us noticing. Screen was completely smashed and I wanted to make sure I took it somewhere that really knew what they were doing and talking about and I struck gold! We were given multiple options and given good technical explanations of potentially needed repairs and consequences of damage but very honest and didn't push for any unnecessary service sales which was a fresh of breath air! Highly recommend for anyone trying to avoid your usual dodgy corner repair shops!

Fantastic experience with Rapid Repairs and Joshua! I contacted him 2 weeks ago as my iPad wasn’t switching on and had a dent. He got in touch with me the next day and we discussed the drop off as well as the issues. Joshua explained to me that the motherboard might have been broken when bent and gave me a ballpark price, as well as wait time. We agreed on all details and he continued to message me updates as well as any changes. I picked up my iPad today, working perfectly with no visible damage from the dent.
