This place is amazing! Called for a tow they sent a driver right away! The driver they sent (jay) did an amazing job explaining the steps he needed to take, was super nice, and very good at his job! Will definitely use this company again if I ever need a tow in the future and 10/10 recommend them to anyone looking for a tow!

This company just turned my Monday back around! They arrived ahead of schedule, were courteous and careful with my vehicle. If you ever need roadside assistance, make them your first call! I have used roadside in the past and have never had an experience as good as this one!

Called to get my car towed to auto repair shop. Josh said he be about hour. Which was nice to hear .other were longer. Called me to inform he be late. Which was also a nice surprise. Explained he be late as soon as was running behind schedule. Also a nice touch to reassure me he was still towing car. When he arrived introduced himself and the company he was employed with. Ask me question about the car and talked for 10 minutes. Made me feel at ease .and took care of my tow .with the most upmost respect. What a great employee to have representing your company. Josh was an absolute godsend for me and my wife. Her car randomly shut down in the middle of Wiley and, very quickly I might add, Josh answered the phone and was on his way to us. Incredibly friendly and helpful, and super efficient! I highly recommend anyone to use Josh with Rapid Owl Towing if you ever find yourself on the bad side of luck. He was super knowledgeable with everything and even scanned the car to give us the possible issue!

Josh came out right away while everyone else quoted me an hour to two hours. He also did not charge an after hour premium since it was after 5:00 pm like many other companies do. He helped me trouble shoot the problem with my vehicle and was actually able to get it started. If I ever need a tow again in the future, I know who to call.

Tire popped a little before midnight last night. Called VW roadside. They took over an hour to attempt to send someone to my area, I gave up. Called Josh within 20 minutes Josh showed up made sure the wife and I were okay. Helped get the tire off, and got the spare on. Definitely was a savior especially after midnight last night. Will always recommend Josh. Fair pricing and quick and helpful service.
