Rapid Drains

Excellent communication with Sam on the admin team who was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We requested a Drain Survey prior to purchasing a property. The only problem encountered was due to poor communication from the Estate Agents, which made it extremely difficult for Rapid Drains to arrange a site visit. Rapid Drains themselves did all that they could to make the experience a good one. I would definitely consider using them again in the future

Complete time wasters. Booked an appointment and waited in. After the appointment time they rang as said they had power steering issues and would come the following day. Next day waited in until the scheduled time missing an appointment to do so. Once again no show, ignored call and email chasing up. Husband rang from another number, answered immediately. Apparently another "issue' has arisen so they werent coming. No communication, clearly had no intention of coming. AVOID!

After having the same recurring problem for years and other companies coming out only to fix the problem temporarily. I called Rapid drains, they went above and beyond to find the root cause. I would usually have to call someone out every 6 months. It’s been 18 months since Rapid Drains came out and I’ve had no blockages since. Sam was very professional and even did call backs to make sure the problem was still resolved. Well worth giving them a call.

I phoned Rapid Drains regarding an urgent issue that needed to be sorted A.S.A.P, due to water filling up very quickly and having guests coming to stay the same night! Sam said he would be over as quick as he can and he did so, arriving withing half an hour. Sam found the issue to what caused the problem and managed to get it sorted before my guests arrived. Sam was very polite, well mannered , very informative and very proactive. 10 /10 recommend!! Thank you Sam & Rapid Drains

Wow! They got the job done in 30 minutes and explained what they think the problem was. The price was also good. I contacted Sam and Patrick was sent out to meet in laws as we live overseas so his great communication has made this process so much less stressful for us!! Thank you. Excellent service from Rapid drains from initial phone call to completed job. Jamie arrived an hour after first contact, and was friendly and kept me informed on the progress of the job, which turned out to be a bigger job than expected!! Will definitely be recommending Rapid Drains to family and friends.

Had our drains relined by Rapid Drains in August 23, due to having to rod the drains every month. No issues until April 24, when the wall above the pipe collapsed. Called emergency home care over the weekend and they couldn’t come out till Monday. Called Sam on Monday and he was more than happy to come out free of charge to resolve the issue. Emergency home care cancelled. All sorted now. Thanks Rapid Drains.
