I had arranged transportation from Gurugram to Noida. Despite prior discussions regarding the agreed-upon fare, the driver, Sachin, repeatedly pressured me during the return journey, stating, "Sir, please expedite; I need to go to my room with my brother. If you are late, I will incur an additional 150 rupees for my travel." This behavior was unacceptable and persistent. Furthermore, the driver engaged in fraudulent activity. Throughout the journey, the vehicle was consistently parked in front of a residential property. However, upon our return, he falsely claimed to have paid parking fees and demanded an additional 200 rupees, for which he could provide no receipt or proof of payment, as no parking charges were incurred. I strongly advise any prospective clients to decline services from a driver named Sachin. I also wish to bring this matter to the attention of the company's owner for appropriate action regarding their employee.

I had booked a ride for the local delhi tour yesterday.Driver drove us through unsafe way to Delhi , so I requsested him to drop as back at gurgaon mgf mall, he has very nice in beginning. But at night 9 PM the owner said that the driver has left the place. In the morning he started dhamki to send him 2500 rupees, he did not listen that I was travelling with patient, and trip was unsafe , he commited that he will drop us in 45 minutes to india gate . But 90 minutes he was lost in raod, (failed commitment) . I asked him to call back in some time as I was busy, he said he will broke into my house if don't listened to him. We had left one bag also in his car. I did not want to report to police so eventually I had to login to police FIR website , then his calls stopped. Hello has no training about women safety. So , please book through uber not local taxis.
