We are residents of California, and were interested in looking at land in the E Tennessee area. We had found a location and just weren't getting a good vibe from the selling agent. We found Randy after doing some research, and he offered to go take a look at the property. He advised us that there were issues with this land and to stay away. We worked with Randy during the purchase of our home in 2019. Our move was 860 miles away from our previous home, and since we knew no one in the area, we had to put all of our trust into Randy to make our purchase as stress-free as possible.
