The Rand Electric team went above and beyond for my company. I originally reached out to Captian Electric to help with my bathroom project electrical and they left me hanging absolutely horrible service then I reached out to Rand Electric and to my surprise Marian had no hesitation and took care of me. Their electrician Patrick was professional and help guide my client to where he needed the LED mirror receptacle and hooked up 5 potlights with dimmer and every passed with flying colors. Sharon also helped to make sure the billing was accurate and emailed me a copy of the invoice right away. I also got a follow call from Jeff who made sure everything was in order. The organization and friendly staff has made my perminate decision to have Rand Electrical do all my bathroom and kitchen projects Electrical. They are priced fair and they double check that it's done right. The turn around time has made my project dead line a head of schedule. Thank you all for analyzing experience. We purchased a Generac full home generator solution from Rand Electric and from start to finish they were incredibly professional and reliable. Start - David with a home visit followed by a very thorough quote. Next - Marian looking after making sure all the services/contractors were booked and coordinated so everything arrived on time. She also keep me in the loop so I knew what was happening at all times. Delivery - Unit was delivered on time and ready for install (Sorry can't remeber thier names). Install Technician - Patrick was professional, knowledgeable and nice to talk to. Install Electrician - Becky was very professional and pleasant to talk to. Gas Fitter - Moses was also very professional and pleasant. Everyone that we dealt with at Rand made this whole experience a very stress free one. I would highly recommend Rand Electric. Lost power to part of my basement, including hot water heater. Called Rand Electric and they were able to send someone within 2 hours! Patrick arrived and started troubleshooting right away. He was able to identify and solve the the problem very quickly. Patrick was courteous, knowledgeable and very professional! I would highly recommend Patrick and Rand Electric!

I have had a Generac generator and EV charging station installed at my residence quite recently. Rand Electric (Patrick) did a tremendous job from start to finish. He patiently answered all of my questions, thoroughly explained the operational points of the generator and provided quidance when I created my online account at the Generac Mobil Link website. The job was completed in a timely manner, neatly done with no 'left behind mess' and in my opinion, at a reasonable, very competitive price. Patrick and Andrew came by on time this morning to install a 240v socket for me. Andrew climbed into the smallest attic to run some wire, This was impressive and appreciated as the work was definitely done to code. Patrick was very professional and gave excellent service. Thank you to the whole team from Jennifer to David. You get high quality work for the money you spend.I will always use Rand Electric. Hopefully the next project is hooking up power for a Ford Lightning :-)

One of their drivers almost ran into a vehicle near Uxbridge. Driving well over the speed limit. Company is great but they need to teach their drivers to slow down. Or at least this one.

I previously wrote a review how they charged me $175 for a service I didn’t need. I tried to email them 3 times and no response. Do not use this company for any of your service. They are very unresponsive and charge you unfairly for a service that you don’t even need. When the electrician arrived he suggested I wouldn’t need the service then he said the company will still charge me for the 1 hour he showed up to our house for. So we ended up paying. The electrician just stayed there for an hour. Requesting for a refund. I have been emailing, I hope I’ll get a respond.

Had to share the wonderful experience that we had with Rand. Patrick the electrician came on time as scheduled. Very polite, friendly knowledgeable and explained everything he was going to do.
