Ramzes transports

I used Ramzes through Truckit to transport my motorbike from New South Wales (NSW) to Western Australia (WA). The price was great, and fortunately, I opted for the extra insurance. The bike arrived in Perth, their depot 10 minutes from my place, without any issues, but they moved it to one of their family member's place, which I thought was strange. When I went to pick up my vehicle (1-hour trip), I discovered that the ignition had been left on, which resulted in a flat battery. They offered to drop it off at my place, but after multiple days of saying they were on their way, they never showed up and wasted my time. Eventually, it arrived with a smashed fuel tank and other parts, which it seems like they dropped it off a trailer. My insurance covered the tank replacement, but I was still out of pocket for the access. Remze promised to cover that access cost and even offered to pay for the battery they killed, but I never heard back from him. He was very responsive when he wanted the job, but once Truckit paid him, I was left in the dark. He had my bank details to cover the cost but zero care was given! Given the transport fees, insurance access, and other costs, it would have been more worthwhile to have the bike delivered first class in a closed trailer. So, I would not recommend this service.
