Excellent office with outstanding communications. The team at Ramey LLP is very experienced, highly responsive, and professional. They are the aggressive, strategic firm I was looking for to handle intellectual property matters. I recently relocated one of my residences to Houston from Florida and look forward to working with them soon. I will definitely be collaborating with them in the future. Highly recommend for anyone seeking top-tier IP legal support.

Update to respond to their response: This 1 star review was not about Ramey Law firm not taking my case-- Although their response below seemingly would like you to believe that. This review was earned for one reason and one reason only: this firm stood me up twice and William Ramey refused to apologize for wasting my time or be accountable at all. Ramey law firm called me today (9/24/25) regarding this 1 star review and after I spoke with "Tina" and explained the issue, she literally cut me off mid-sentence and I asked her if she was 'done listening' --then she allowed me to continue. As I did, I heard her literally whispering to her coworker while I was talking. Her intent in calling me was clear based on this interaction, and I made it clear that I would not be changing my review. Their response makes it seem like I wrote this review because they didn't take my case and I find that to be extremely misleading and unethical. They are very aware why I wrote this review and when I informed them I would not change my review, they replied as they did below. I cannot express how incredibly grateful I am to have not hired this firm. ORIGINAL REVIEW: So grateful I learned before retaining this firm, just what kind of firm they are. I had a very disappointing experience with this firm. I sent them case information which they reviewed and then emailed me to schedule a call, and a few minutes later, even called me to confirm if I'd be able to take their call on Labor day to discuss the case. I rearranged my family plans to attend, but no one ever showed up for the call -- I waited 45 minutes. I followed up with Bill Ramey whom was to be calling me and then directly with the group on the email. Natalia, with the firm, apologized for Bill not showing on Labor Day call and rescheduled for today at 4:30. They no showed again. 20 minutes past the call, I emailed them to see what happened and I received a response from Bill Ramey saying they won't be taking the case. No apologies, no explanation. So I informed them that the lack of respect for my time was unparalleled. He responded stating they do the best they can--ignoring accountability completely. The lack of communication and respect for my time was unprofessional. I provided details of my case in advance, and it was their office that reached out to set these meetings. I have worked with many attorneys and firms, and I have never been treated this way. I am ultimately grateful that I learned early on that this was not a firm I’d want to work with.
