I had such a wonderful experience at Rain’s, and I especially want to recognize SK for her exceptional service. From the moment I called, she was warm, attentive, and incredibly accommodating. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly, even on short notice. Her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to genuinely help made all the difference. It’s rare to come across someone so responsive and thoughtful — SK made the entire experience seamless. I’m so grateful and highly recommend working with her and shopping at Rains!

I went into the RAINS store on Lafayette to browse their collection. I received such wonderful service from SK that I ended up purchasing a coat. SK was very friendly and knowledgeable about all of the styles. She had great recommendations that helped me make a purchase that I am very happy with. I appreciated her patience in answering my questions and explaining the style differences. It is refreshing to receive such excellent customer service, thank you SK!

Pretty cool store and amazing Store Manager. Amir was fantastic and really helped me pick out the perfect jacket. Definitely recommend you check out this location and ask for him, he knows the product super well, and knows how to style each piece with intention!

I placed an order online almost 2 weeks ago. There has been no communication as to when the item will be shipped or delivered. I've sent an email to their US email address and hope to hear from them soon. ** update: after waiting 2+ weeks for a response from Rains, I requested to cancel my order. I also notified my credit card company to block any transactions from Rains. l've been a fan of Rains for years. This ended due to the horrible customer service.

The sales associate, SK, was so helpful! She brought a number of different styles for me to try and was so patient while I tried everything on. I ended up going with a color that wasn’t available at the store, but if it wasn’t for the great experience with SK I probably wouldn’t have purchased it.

The staff was great, the clothes and bags were nice, but it was really cold in there! We should really get a heating element for the shop

Omg!!! Best experience EVER!! Tomas was SUPER helpful with selecting 3 perfect jackets for my family… and facilitating rush shipping / delivery options . I loved him and would shop again just to have him help me!

Quality rainproof jackets, pants and bags in actually good looking designs for the fashion conscious crowd that wants to stay dry. But with 3 shop assistants I didn’t even get a hello, not to mention help. And when the shop is this small, and you’re trying to establish your Danish foot on the American clothing market, your employees need to be more aggressive in a friendly way and sell product! Not talk about personal lives and yesterday’s hangovers...

Bought the convertible/2 way duffle backpack in September. Used it a handful of times. Strap completely broke off. Waiting on customer service. Update: changed review to 3 stars because the sales associate at the store I talked to was kind and helpful. I still have not heard back from customer service. We ended up going to another Rains store (in Paris) and they replaced the bag.

went in to exchange my bag. very quick and easy! the sales associate was very nice and helpful. I love my bag and glad I was able to exchange it with their 2 year warranty! thank you rains!
