She went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly, even on short notice. Her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to genuinely help made all the difference. I went into the RAINS store on Lafayette to browse their collection. I received such wonderful service from SK that I ended up purchasing a coat. SK was very friendly and knowledgeable about all of the styles. She had great recommendations that helped me make a purchase that I am very happy with. I appreciated her patience in answering my questions and explaining the style differences. It is refreshing to receive such excellent customer service, thank you SK!
