Rainbow skips and recycling were so helpful. Really skilled truck drivers getting the skip lorry onto the driveway and were respectful of our property. They delivered the skip the next day and came and collected it within a few days of ringing to say that it was full. Their service was friendly and so helpful. They even let us have our dumpy bags back for next time and carried them to my car. 5 stars - a fantastic company!

We had a small skip delivered at my mums house on 09th June 2022 to finish clearing the back garden, after making way for an extended patio. The day before however, my mum had a fall and shattered her knee, resulting in a lengthy surgery and a hospital stay. To make everything safe, we filled the skip and an additional dumpy bag. I spoke to Anj at Rainbow skips to see if there was something could be done to remove the extra waste without a massive problem. I sent her the pictures of what was to be removed and a couple of days later all was resolved. She has made arrangements for the collection at absolutely minimal additional cost. Thanks to Anj and her team for being so understanding in the circumstances and I would highly recommend their services. In fact this is the second time we have used Rainbow and will continue to use and recommend in future!! Great Job Team Rainbow.

We have had many skips from this company in the last 6 months and could not be happier with the service provided. Skips are delivered and collected promptly. Communication is great and when there have been unexpected delays we have been kept informed. Anj is always a pleasure to speak to and very professional...even when a few bits that shouldn't have gone in the skip did (sorry again). Would definitely recommend.

I have used Rainbow Skips for the first time this week as an urgent matter and i have to say they were brilliant. Even though they were very busy they managed to fit me in and delivered the skip the next day promptly and very professional. I will definitely use them again without hesitation.

I would prefer to have given ZERO stars however his is not an option, we ordered a skip, which turned up smaller than expected, we did overload the skip, however explained that this would be the case, and offered to pay additional money...... so they took the additional money, and then emptied the overloaded element on the floor and left us to dispose of it, there for taking money that they did not fulfil a service for, and took a further unauthorised £40 of our card as well......... We have subsequently ordered 2 further skips from ABC Siddalls who take the over load, if its safe, take the right money from your card, and deliver the correct size skip, and collect and deliver when they say...... all of which cannot be said about Rainbow skips totally rude attitude, and that was from a director..
