Rainbow Road Transport is excellent. The professionalism in customer care is something of short supply lately but NOT with Rainbow Road. The customer care is outstanding. We were informed of everything, down to every last detail. There were no surprises, just unbelievable care and compassion for the patient. I cannot praise this company enough. We used the wheelchair to stretcher and couldn't be more pleased. Thank you Rainbow Road for making a very hard situation seamless.

I had a perfect experience with Rainbow Road Transport. My first booking was handled with care by a real person. They worked seemlessly with my provider in coordinating an accurate pickup. The van was new, clean, and smooth-riding. They respond to text messages promptly, too, and have a good automated system. In total, I spoke or met with three of their staff, and each was friendly, helpful, and skilled.

Have used Rainbow Road a few times now for wheelchair transportation for my elderly mom. They have great communication with scheduling, etc., and the driver we have had, Marek, is phenomenal. He is very friendly, timely, and goes above & beyond to make my mom as comfortable as possible. Rainbow Road was truly the best part of our doctor's appointment today! I highly recommend them!

I used Rainbow Road Transport for a medical procedure where I would need anesthesia. From the first conversation on the phone they were so friendly, it made me feel comfortable right away using their service. On the day of my service I went outside early to make sure the driver would be able to find my building, the driver was already outside, early. The driver.helped me in, made sure I was safe and comfortable, just a very nice gentleman. Overall a terrific experience! When I was ready to go home the facility called for a pickup. When I went to the front, the same wonderful driver was there to pick me up. Never thought I'd be so lucky just doing an Internet search, I hit the jackpot! I highly recommend Rainbow Road Transport!

A day before my brother's wedding we learned my disabled father was able to attend for about four hours. We decided a transportation van was the best idea; and this company came through with flying colors! They arrived on time, the van seemed newer and clean and the driver courteous and respectful. I would use the company again in a New York minute.

I used Rainbow Road Transportation service a few months back. I should have given a review back then. All I can say this the BEST tranport company ever! Kind and Caring above all ! I called today stating I might need transport later. I was told: call us and you will taken care. That meant so much! Also the Van was so clean and the Driver we had Marek was awesome. If you use Rainbow Road Transportion you will never use anyone else!

ER was amazing! He was caring for us like family. So kind. Also the communication from Rainbow to me was stellar. In time pick up both ways. Cannot say enough about ER and this company!

Rainbow Road was amazing. I needed a ride from a rehab facility to a doctors appointment because I am from out of state and didn’t have anyone to take me. They were not only on time but they were friendly and courteous and made me comfortable. A wonderful and needed service.

Very nice van. Marek was just wonderful!!!! He was very talkative and friendly and back to pick us up right then and there. I was thrilled and didn't have to call and wait hours for a ride back to nursing home. He is a REAL ASSET to the company and so very genuine and caring. A great employee and person to finally see. He enjoys his job too. Wonderful!!!!
