The driver came right to my door, held doors open for me, and assisted me in every way. His vehicle was spotless, no odor, ran extremely smooth (a great benefit for someone like me with chronic pain), and was easy to spot. Eric, the driver, was kind, compassionate, personable, respectful and a great conversationalist/communicator. He was well also clean, well kept and attentive. I would recommend the company to anyone needing safe, secure, reliable transportation. And I personally would ask for Eric every time. Phenomenal experience from start to finish. Thank you Rainbow Road and thank you Eric!

I highly recommend Rainbow Road Transportation. After back surgery I needed to find handicapped transportation. After reading reviews I found Rainbow Road. I have had a few different drivers escort me to my doctor appointments and they have all been very kind and helpful. They get you to your destination ahead of time and also pick you up in a timely fashion. I cannot say enough good things about Rainbow Road.
