I first used Rainbow Road January of 2024. I am happy to report that a year later, I received the same 5 star service. Customer service is excellent. The drivers (my driver was Radostov) are professional, courteous and caring in nature. The vehicles are clean and seem well maintained. I like knowing that the drivers arrive on time (in my case, early). All-in-all, a great experience...again.

The transport vans are clean and easy to get in and out of. Being in a situation suddenly needing medical transport, it was a relief to find a great service like Rainbow Road.

Rainbow Road Transport is excellent. The professionalism in customer care is something of short supply lately but NOT with Rainbow Road. The customer care is outstanding. We were informed of everything, down to every last detail. There were no surprises, just unbelievable care and compassion for the patient. I cannot praise this company enough. We used the wheelchair to stretcher and couldn't be more pleased. Thank you Rainbow Road for making a very hard situation seamless.

I had a perfect experience with Rainbow Road Transport. My first booking was handled with care by a real person. They worked seemlessly with my provider in coordinating an accurate pickup. The van was new, clean, and smooth-riding. They respond to text messages promptly, too, and have a good automated system. In total, I spoke or met with three of their staff, and each was friendly, helpful, and skilled.

Just used Rainbow Road transport today for the first time. And I am WOWED by the service they provide. From the dispatch people to our driver Marek was a wonderful experience! Communication is right on the money and Marek is a AWESOME driver. He is so warm and welcoming like a breath of fresh air. Very personable, trusting, compassionate, and kind! Will be definitely be using this service again to transport my elderly mother to her appointments in the future! And will be requesting Marek again! Rainbow was fantastic. They took our brother to dialysis 3 times a week and was always on time, very courteous and helpful and we knew our brother was in good hands from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Rainbow to anyone.

Rainbow is reliable, attentive, on time, clean, the drivers are very nice and very helpful. I’ve use this company a couple times now. With no problems to mention I just have great things to say about them I would recommend them for anybody to use for themselves or their loved ones when you yourself cannot pick them up. Have used Rainbow Road a few times now for wheelchair transportation for my elderly mom. They have great communication with scheduling, etc., and the driver we have had, Marek, is phenomenal. He is very friendly, timely, and goes above & beyond to make my mom as comfortable as possible. Rainbow Road was truly the best part of our doctor's appointment today! I highly recommend them!

I used Rainbow Road Transport for a medical procedure where I would need anesthesia. From the first conversation on the phone they were so friendly, it made me feel comfortable right away using their service. On the day of my service I went outside early to make sure the driver would be able to find my building, the driver was already outside, early. The driver.helped me in, made sure I was safe and comfortable, just a very nice gentleman. Overall a terrific experience! When I was ready to go home the facility called for a pickup. When I went to the front, the same wonderful driver was there to pick me up. Never thought I'd be so lucky just doing an Internet search, I hit the jackpot! I highly recommend Rainbow Road Transport!
