The driver came right to my door, held doors open for me, and assisted me in every way. His vehicle was spotless, no odor, ran extremely smooth (a great benefit for someone like me with chronic pain), and was easy to spot. Eric, the driver, was kind, compassionate, personable, respectful and a great conversationalist/communicator. He was well also clean, well kept and attentive. I would recommend the company to anyone needing safe, secure, reliable transportation. And I personally would ask for Eric every time. Phenomenal experience from start to finish. I highly recommend Rainbow Road Transportation. After back surgery I needed to find handicapped transportation. After reading reviews I found Rainbow Road. I have had a few different drivers escort me to my doctor appointments and they have all been very kind and helpful. They get you to your destination ahead of time and also pick you up in a timely fashion. I cannot say enough good things about Rainbow Road.

Called so many companies & none wanted to help. Then God sent me Rainbow Road. Sarah was so kind and patient. The truck arrived earlier than expected which I appreciated & transported my loved one without any issues. 1000/10 thank you!

Needed a wheelchair van from ohare airport to Rockton IL, they were so helpful and answered all my questions. They were amazing at communicating and updating transport along the way!! Would recommend them to anyone and will use them again!! Can’t thank them enough.

I just had my first experience with Rainbow Road Transport. The customer service they provided was impeccable. Within only a few minutes of calling, I was given prices and was able to schedule 8 rides for my client at a reasonable rate. The transport van showed up on time and the driver was friendly & supportive of my client’s mobility needs. The van was clean, updated and setup for a comfortable ride. I will absolutely use this service again. I work in a senior community (Deer Park Village) and I only recommend the very best services for my clients/residents. On time and our driver Juan was excellent! He was kind and personable and took very good care of my mother during her transport to and from her doctor visit. The van was very clean.

Very happy with the service. They were there when it was time to be picked up Did not have to call them they routed in the parking lot and they also came up to help us out very and pleased. They’ve done a great job.
