I just had my first experience with Rainbow Road Transport. The customer service they provided was impeccable. Within only a few minutes of calling, I was given prices and was able to schedule 8 rides for my client at a reasonable rate. The transport van showed up on time and the driver was friendly & supportive of my client’s mobility needs. The van was clean, updated and setup for a comfortable ride. I will absolutely use this service again. I work in a senior community (Deer Park Village) and I only recommend the very best services for my clients/residents. Rainbow Road is at the top of the list. They pay attention to what support is truly needed in the aging population. Nice Work, Rainbow Road Transport!

We had a very pleasant experience with Rainbow Road Transport. Margaret, our driver, arrived early, helped my mother into the van with her wheelchair and loaded our luggage as well. She was very pleasant. We will definitely use them again.

We had our first ride from Rainbow Road Transport and it was WONDERFUL. We tried many other transport companies and they would not come in to get my husband in his transfer chair and take him down 3 stairs to the sidewalk......It was NO PROBLEM for Rainbow. Randy was perfect - so very pleasant, helpful, professional and kind. They will be our transport company whenever our need arises. Don't hesitate to use them....you will not be disappointed. And, setting up the transport was also very easy.

Rainbow Road Transport is extremely reliable. I have worked with them for quite some time, and they show up on time and have not left my residents stranded like some other companies! I feel their pricing is very reasonable. I am also impressed that you can track progress in their app, just like uBer and Lyft. Their professionalism and reliability is unmatched!

We used their service twice to and from the hospital when our son had a broken leg and was going in for surgery. The company was fantastic with communication, arriving on time, and making it a pain and stress free process. After the week we’ve had, this was a tremendous help to our family!

On time and our driver Juan was excellent! He was kind and personable and took very good care of my mother during her transport to and from her doctor visit. The van was very clean.

I can’t say enough about Rainbow Road transport service. Marek was absolutely amazing and his kindness, concern and care for my mother was above and beyond. His care for my mother while she was in pain for her MRI was the best car she could have ever asked for. everyone in the office was also super helpful with scheduling and the several adjustments we needed to make. First experience was exceptional. Customer service line was thorough throughout p.u. details. Transport arrived in a timely manner, very clean and well maintained vehicle. Driver Chris was polite and provided extra hand hand with luggage. Would definitely use again and recommend highly too !

Wow, Rainbow Road took my mom on a pass because she’s staying at a rehab facility. They arranged everything. They even let us rent a ramp that they used so expertly to get into our house. We couldn’t be happier with the service and Randy our driver was so professional and skilled. And he was very kind.

First time we used Rainbow and were definitely pleased with their service Had a round trip wheelchair transport to the doctor.
