I had the pleasure of working with rainbow for water damage in my home they came out right away and were very nice about making the process not so stressful on my family. Alonzo went above and beyond trying to get us back into our home when our ALE ran out he even offered to work OT to get us back into our home. Manny was very patient with us being in the home while they rebuilt even when I would ask him to move his tools and pause while I took my handicap mother down the hallway and chipped the floor that he was installing with her wheelchair 😬 he kindly just said he will fix it. Grant, Oscar H, Oscar A, Julio, Daniel, Leo, David, Austin and Tiffany were all a huge help with the whole insurance process as well! Thank you again Rainbow!

We had an outstanding experience with Rainbow Restoration following an appliance related flood that damaged our living room floors. From start to finish, the team demonstrated professionalism and expertise. Grant initially conducted the inspection, and worked seamlessly with our insurance company to get the restoration process underway. David, the production manager, took over from there and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Both Grant and David were incredibly responsive to our questions, displaying great patience and dedication to helping us select the perfect flooring and work with us as this was the first time we’ve had major work done to our home. The installation team (Nick, Austin, and Manny) was efficient, thorough, and worked diligently to complete the job in a timely manner. The finished floors look fantastic. They truly went above and beyond and took time to make sure everything looked great. We also had the pleasure of working with Tiffany, who handled the payment process smoothly and with a high level of professionalism. We couldn't be more pleased with the service provided by Rainbow Restoration. Their attention to detail, customer focus, and commitment to quality make them a standout company. We highly recommend them and look forward to working with them again on any future home repair projects.

We have needed to use Rainbow Restoration twice in the last few years due to two separate leaks. They have been FANTASTIC. They offer immediate help and reassurance. They kept the flooded areas safely enclosed and monitored the progress frequently. Julio is especially my favorite. He is so nice, so friendly, great with my dogs, and truly helpful. Great company (that I hope I don’t need to use again haha but will if I have to)! Highly recommend!

Rainbow Restoration was great to work with when we needed mold and water damage to be remediated and remodeled. We personally worked with James, Tiffany, Manny, Austin, Nick, and David. The whole process was very easy and they were quick with communication, very clear expectations, and work delivered was above our expectations.
