This company was awesome to work with! I needed some carpets cleaned quickly as one renter was moving out of a house and another moving in and they were on it. I thought I may need to replace the carpet but after this team went in and cleaned it was better than ever. We had tried to clean it ourselves and it didn’t come anywhere close to what Rainbow Restoration was able to do with it. Lesson learned, call Rainbow Restoration for jobs like this moving forward. Very professional team.

The dreaded moment you realize the sump pump was not working after a full day of rain. 🤦‍♀️ Our basement was soaked. We called around and were told from other companies it would be a day or two before a team could get out. I called Rainbow and within 2 hours we had a team out pulling carpet/padding, setting up fans & dehumidifiers. They even assisted with moving some items out to our garage! Leigh and his team saved the day!

We recently hired Rainbow International to perform air duct cleaning on a couple of our rental properties. I am incredibly impressed with the professionalism of this company and their prompt response time. The technician's, Grace and Leigh, who came to the homes were very courteous and professional. They took their jobs seriously and showed respect for the property and the belongings of the residents. I would strongly recommend Rainbow International to anyone looking for top quality service. And I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again in the future.

We would like to commend both Leigh and Grace for their prompt, outstanding performance in helping us in our need. Our sump pump quit on us and as soon as we called Rainbow, Leigh was on the phone with us and came to our house at the time he said he would be there. Leigh and Grace were both very professional and friendly. They both thoroughly explained what we could expect and the upcoming steps they would need to take. Leigh and Grace made three trips to our house and each time they arrived on time and with a positive attitude. I needed my father in laws carpet cleaned. They ser it up ASAP. The young man was there right on time and did a fantastic job. Rainbow International did a fantastic job! We had window mold issues and needed badly to clean our furnace. Leigh and Grace were very informative on the issues at hand, how to mitigate in the future, as well as doing a phenomenal job in the clean up of both. They left my house in better condition than when they came. I highly recommend them for any services, you will not be disappointed!

Tis the season to clean carpets! I schedule an appointment for 9am, the boys showed up at 9am sharp! Mitch and Chad came to the door, they introduced themselves to me and our pup, brought in the equipment, put on their blue shoe covers and got to work. When they were finished, our 20 year old carpet upstairs looks as amazing as the new carpet downstairs. :) I will be definitely be using Rainbow again! I called Rainbow International very early on Sunday morning as my sump pump failed and I noticed the basement was taking on water. I live in Grand Forks, and even though they were very busy they came to town hours later to help mitigate my loss. Leigh & Grace did a tremendous job, giving me recommendations on what to do to prevent this in the future and took great care with my property that needed to be moved. I work for State Farm and have always recommended them to customers, but now that it was my turn to be on the other end of a claim, I'm glad it was them that took care of me. 10/10 Recommend. I had a really good experience with Rainbow International. With this winter being quite exceptional, we had some ice dams on the front of our house. Before we could get them taken care of there was a leak into our kitchen through our cupboard. After cleaning out the ice dams and the snow on the roof, we still didn't know how much damage might have happened. I called them and was greeted with someone who took notes on my issue and then connected me promptly with a expert technician, Bob Miller. The technician arrived at our house and was very professional and made a thorough evaluation and suggestions for correcting the problem. Luckily, there was no further remediation needed, and only a vent to be replaced. The estimate and evaluation was done at no cost to us. It was nice to have the peace of mind of getting our issue professionally evaluated. I was pleased.
