I have always wanted to try water birth. I have searched for a long time and finally came across Tasha's instagram account and website. I would say that me and my husband made the best decision. Every appointment that i had was very informative and lengthy. It was not like a 5 minute appointment at the doctor's office. All concerns that i had were addressed. It was also convenient because she would do home visits as well when it was close to my due date, which made it very convenient for me. I had the best experience with Tasha as my midwife, also with help from Kim. We can't thank them enough! They have been so patient with me during my son's birth. The whole experience was very sacred. If you are someone who is wanting to experience a very empowering birth, where you are heard and taken cared of, home birth is the way to go.

Tasha is absolutely amazing! This was my first homebirth (with our third baby), and I couldn’t be happier that we found her. After my second, I knew if we had another child I wanted a homebirth, and from the start, Tasha’s energy drew us in. She is calm, knowledgeable, and just a truly lovely human being. She always took the time to answer every question and never made us feel rushed. You feel heard and cared for with her. During the birth, she was the perfect balance—hands-on and attentive when needed, while also giving space. She even entertained my other two kids, which made the whole experience feel so natural and family-centered. The birth itself was beautiful, and Tasha played such a big role in that. If we ever had more children, I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to have her as our midwife again. This was an experience I’ll never forget, and we are so deeply grateful for Tasha.

Being in Tasha's care during my 2nd pregnancy and postpartum was a godsend. We had a beautiful home birth which was vastly different from my 1st hospital birth. I am grateful for her patience to answer all my questions and always making me feel safe and seen.

A wonderful Midwife, and an even more wonderful human. Tasha has wisdom from the roots of midwifery plus all the modern medical knowledge available to bring a truly all encompassing pregnancy birth and postpartum Midwifery care. She is seamless at drawing blood at home which is very comforting, all the while including my 4 year old daughter in all prenatal care practices, especially fundal measurements and heart tone checks. Throughout our in home pregnancy care I felt her blending with our family, to form such a deep bond we will always hold dear. I felt complete trust in my body and with Tasha leading the team I experienced a life changing home water birth for my second baby. Continuous postpartum care over the first year is an added bonus to her practice. I cannot say more positive things about Tasha, we all love her and are so grateful she’s our forever midwife!!

I cannot tell you how lucky I feel to have found Tasha for the birth of my second child. She brings a warm and caring presence into every situation, along with so much knowledge! I opted for the in-home package; and I can't tell you how vastly different (for the better) my prenatal visits with Tasha were compared to the OB prenatal appointments I attended for the birth of my first child. I was fortunate enough to have pretty easy pregnancies, but that meant my OB visits were maybe 5 minutes long. They were never helpful, just time consuming. But with Tasha, each visit was nearly an hour - they were comfortable, tailored to exactly to what I was currently experiencing, and so so useful. I always left our visits learning something new and feeling cared for. When the big day arrived, she brought that same energy into the birth space - warm, calm, and steady - even though my labor and delivery process all happened so fast. I truly cannot thank her enough for the love and energy she put into my pregnancy, birth and postpartum. We couldn't have asked for a better person or experience. Thank you, Tasha!

I am so thankful I found Tasha! I had been feeling unheard and not cared for with my OBGYN and when a friend referred me to Tasha, everything clicked. She is extremely knowledgeable and interested in helping the whole person, not just checking a prenatal visit off for the day. Any issue or concern I brought up to her, she answered with extensive knowledge and usually multiple resources. She was even able to help solve a few issues I was having through diet. She always made sure my husband and I felt comfortable and heard. Office visits are an hour or more sometimes, she cares for you in your home from 36 weeks- 6 weeks postpartum, then continues to see you up until 1 year postpartum. I did not realize the extent of her value when we hired her, or I would have done so much sooner. Tasha is so warm, nurturing and down-to-earth, but at the same time I have no doubt in her ability to handle business if things were to get crazy (but thank goodness our birth went very smoothly). The more time I spent with her and asked her all of my what if scenarios, the more confident I felt in my choice to switch to her care. Tasha is a beautiful human being that changed my life so much for the better, and I cannot wait to have the opportunity to have another birth under her care.

My partner and I evaluated several midwifes and were so delighted to have chosen and worked with Tasha and Rainbow Midwifery. As we were planning a home birth we wanted somebody who had a great demeanor, deep experience, was very hands on and flexible. Tasha fit all of these. I’d highly recommend her to anyone considering a home birth. We also signed up for her postpartum program and it was great.

Tasha is INCREDIBLE! I was absolutely blessed to find Tasha to serve as my midwife for my home birth. She was so knowledgeable throughout my pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum seasons. She gave me guidance in mental, physical, and nutritional preparation through the whole gestation and beyond. Her wisdom and experience in the field speaks for itself, but it is truly valuable to have someone in your corner who is not only skilled and accomplished, but also respects and advocates for the sacred event. I felt that my baby and I were safe and expertly cared for through it all. Seeing Tasha for pre and postnatal appointments felt like such a safe space where any of my questions would be answered and a regimen could be made. My family and I are forever grateful for her intentional care!

Tasha rocks. After being mistreated by too many medical professionals, I opted to do a homebirth on my own terms without being fear mongered or pressured into procedures I didn’t want or need. Tasha was totally supportive and respectful! She generously shared her knowledge of useful herbs to support my pregnancy, she always checked in with my emotional well-being and mental health, and she encouraged my choice to let my body do its thing. Tasha supported me the whole way, and gave me the reassurance I needed when I had questions and concerns. I always felt better after talking to her! Plus, my birthing experience was peaceful and beautiful, and completely natural- in large part thanks to Tasha’s guidance. If I have more kids I’ll ask her to be my midwife again :)

I feel so lucky to have had Tasha as my midwife. Thanks to her care and guidance, I had my most comfortable pregnancy yet. She had an answer to any issue I was experiencing. She is an incredibly knowledgeable midwife, with deep expertise not only in pregnancy and birth but also in nutrition, supplements, homeopathy, and herbal remedies. Her holistic approach to care is truly exceptional. One of the things I appreciated was her support of my vegan pregnancy. With her extensive experience in supporting vegan pregnancies, she provided expert guidance on nutrition and supplements to ensure both my baby and I were thriving. She truly respects your choices and empowers you with knowledge, never making you feel judged. She also helped me achieve my goal of a successful VBAC, providing the confidence, encouragement, and expertise I needed throughout my journey. She always had my best interest at heart, ensuring I felt safe, supported, and informed every step of the way. Beyond her skills as a midwife, she is one of the most kind and compassionate people I’ve ever met. She treats you more like a close friend than just a patient, creating a warm and trusting relationship that makes all the difference. If you’re looking for a midwife who will provide expert guidance while honoring your choices and making you feel genuinely cared for, I highly recommend Tasha. If I am lucky enough to have another baby, I will be using Tasha again.
