I would like to share my most disappointing experience at Raghav Advance and Urology Care, operated by Dr. Siddharth Pandey. Both the doctor and the receptionist displayed extremely rude behaviour, which left me deeply dissatisfied... Their appointment system is unnecessarily complicated ... half of the patients are booked through phone calls while the rest have to wait physically at the clinic. They do not provide a proper queue number; instead, they simply say “wait for three hours” or “wait karo,” without any concern for patients’ valuable time. I have wasted two full days just to show my reports and get a basic consultation. This level of mismanagement and disregard for patient comfort is unacceptable, and I hope my feedback brings attention to the urgent need for improvement.

I wish to express my deep disappointment with the services at Raghav Advance and Urology Care, operated by Dr. Siddharth Pandey. Unfortunately, both the doctor and the receptionist demonstrated an unprofessional and discourteous attitude, which was highly disheartening. The clinic’s appointment process is inefficient and poorly structured — with half the slots reserved over the phone and the rest requiring patients to wait in person. No proper queue system is in place; instead, patients are vaguely instructed to “wait for three hours” without any regard for their time or convenience. As a result, I spent two full days merely to present my reports and obtain a basic consultation. Such operational inefficiency and lack of respect for patients’ time is unacceptable, and I strongly urge the management to address these issues at the earliest.

He deserves the name of best urologist in haldwani 100% recommended polite nature, listen the problem peacefully understand it and gives the best treatment.

Best doctor in uttarakhand. .Staff was gud reception also so gud and Humble and kind nature. .

This is my personal experience I am sharing to you all so tht you also don't get trapped my brother had a little pain on his testis we went to the renound urologist at haldwani he asked us for the operation and told it would cost 1.5 lakh something without medicines added , we were Lil tensed as was not knowing what to do , we also went to tht place with the help of reviews only , thts why I m posting whole incident, Now for second opinion on 2 October we went to Mr . SIDDHARTH PANDEY, after looking at the reports and physical examination he told us there is no need of operation, so we were just blank can you imagine the doctor we visited first who was asking for the operation of 21 year old boy who don't need to be operated see how greedy is someone tht they don't care about someone health and also won't take responsibility in case of causality..we were all trapped by tht doctor i truly recommend this guy who is very expertise, professional, and compassionate approach made a significant difference in my experience. I highly endorse them for anyone seeking quality medical care. He is the bestest doctor for urology please please visit him. Thank you so much sir thanks a lot Best regards, Sarita joshi

The doctor is good but he works at two places sai hospital and other is this clinic i applied in the hospital they said doctor went away to the clinic (11:20) then i went to clinic it was monday i showed the same slip of sai hospital which was of 500 rupees and got in line to be checked after few hours according to them it was 12:00 then i got number at 3:00 the doctor examined and wrote down the medicines and after writing the medicine talk to get blood,kidney,urine test and ultrasound done(how a doctor wrote down the medicines and illness first and then want to see the tests??) I did as i told i paid 1650 for all tests and then the worse part every patient was given the same task as me to get ultrasound and the line was same that means another long hours wait i pleed them and tried my best to get my test as soon as posible but then doctor went back to the hospital!!!! People said its monday so its a busy time!! I had a bad experience

Dr is gud and supportive but ultrasound staff is very rude bad experience with them and urology receptionist also gud

I am glad to share that I am done with my two laser operations by DR. Siddharth Pandey. Anyone of you suffering from stone problem do contact Dr. Pandey, he is the best in this region with kind attitude and knowledge. He will definitely give you best advices for the treatment.
