I wish to express my deep disappointment with the services at Raghav Advance and Urology Care, operated by Dr. Siddharth Pandey. Unfortunately, both the doctor and the receptionist demonstrated an unprofessional and discourteous attitude, which was highly disheartening.
The clinic’s appointment process is inefficient and poorly structured — with half the slots reserved over the phone and the rest requiring patients to wait in person. No proper queue system is in place; instead, patients are vaguely instructed to “wait for three hours” without any regard for their time or convenience.
As a result, I spent two full days merely to present my reports and obtain a basic consultation. Such operational inefficiency and lack of respect for patients’ time is unacceptable, and I strongly urge the management to address these issues at the earliest.
