Rafting in Vjosa River National Park - GoRaft Vjosa

I went for river rafting with 2 boys age 10 & 11 my girlfriend and my mama (70) we all spent great time on Vjosa River. My mama 70 years old loved this adventure very much. Our sons loved every moment. This river rafting is at level 1-2 and require no skills. Perfect for first timers and families. If you are visiting Albania with family and looking for adventure this is the place to visit. 100% recommended.

Although the river wasn’t very wild, we still had an amazing time with our guide Emil. Our guide occasionally shared interesting facts, which was a nice bonus, and the views were absolutely stunning. We got to jump off the cliff at two different spots (3, 4, and 7 meters), which gave us a real adrenaline rush. Highly recommended, super kind and lovely people!

What a fantastic experience we had rafting today! Me and my two daughters booked in and its been the highlight of our holiday so far. The guide was kiand informative about local knowledge and history. There scenery and river were stunning with beautiful views every way you turned. There were stops for swimming and jumping from rocks which everyone loved. The guide also took photos and videos throughout which was great, especially for the kids to share with their friends at home. I would 100% recommend this activity. Thanks to the rafting team for a brilliant time!!

We really enjoyed our rafting tour with this provider and Orges. The whole organization was excellent, everything was well structured and smooth. The place was very clean, with changing cabins available, and we could safely leave our belongings there. They also offered wetsuits, which was a great option. Our guide was not only friendly but also gave us interesting insights about the surrounding landscape. The ride itself was mostly calm, which allowed us to really take in the scenery, but there were also a few adventurous moments that made it exciting. The logistics were also well arranged: you take a 15-minute bus ride with the guide to the starting point, and after the tour the bus picks you up again and brings you back. Parking is available on site, which made everything even more convenient. We found the value for money to be excellent, the setting beautiful, and the guide very nice. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and can definitely recommend this tour to anyone in the area looking to go rafting!

This rafting tour was absolutely incredible from start to finish! From the moment we arrived, the team was professional, organized, and super friendly. They made sure everyone felt safe and well-prepared, even all of us had never rafted before. The guides were knowledgeable, funny, and knew the river like the back of their hand. They shared interesting facts about the area and made the whole trip both exciting and educational. The safety briefing was clear and reassuring, and the equipment was top-notch and well-maintained. The river itself was stunning — beautiful scenery, thrilling rapids, and just the right balance of adventure and moments to relax and take it all in. We felt safe the entire time but still got that adrenaline rush we were hoping for! We also appreciated the photos they took along the way — they captured all the best moments so we could focus on the experience. Incredible experience on the Vjosa River! Our guide was amazing — young, super knowledgeable, and genuinely funny, which made the whole trip even more enjoyable. The scenery was stunning, with clear water and beautiful natural surroundings. The rafting itself was a great mix of fun and challenge, suitable even for beginners. Felt very safe the whole time thanks to the professional team. A must-do adventure if you’re in the area!

Wonderful experience. We were in September, when conditions for rafting are not the best due to low water levels in the river - however, it was a wonderful experience, beautiful views, water in the river perfect for swimming which was possible during the tour. The guide was very nice and willing to talk about the realities of Albania. I highly recommend the tour!

Very fun. Our guides, Mika is fantastic. He took a lot of cool pictures and videos for us. I love that we have a stop for jumping off the cliff and swimming in the river. First time rafting for me! Very awesome experience! Highly recommended!! 10/10

Emil was our guide today and he was both professional to ensure our safety, but he was also very fun as well. He spoke perfect English but also knows Italian, Spanish, French as well. He also captured the fun morning and without hesitation I would 10/10 recommend spending a day on the river with the team.
