My father, an NRI patient, underwent single- visit Root canal treatment in 2021 along with crown placement and wisdom tooth extraction. He was very comfortable and highly satisfied with the treatment, and even to this day he has had no complaints regarding the tooth. I first visited Radhakrishna Dental Care in November 2023. That day the doctor treated my cervical abrasions and explained very clearly that I have a natural gap between my teeth where food gets stuck. She told me that this was the main reason my tooth slowly got damaged and that I must clean that area properly with floss and interdental brushes because the gap cannot be corrected. She also informed me that I might need a root canal and crown later, but since I work in Odisha, she honestly suggested it might be easier for me to get it done there. I liked her honesty and clear explanation. When I came home in March 2024, I decided to continue my treatment with her. Their receptionist helped me with my scan details, and on 8th March my RCT was done in a single sitting. The procedure was comfortable and the doctor explained everything nicely. On 23rd March I also had a small laser treatment for my gums, which went smoothly. On the same day, my husband also got his cleaning and fillings done. My crown was given on 9th April. I felt the crown was fine, but the doctor asked me to come again because she wanted a better finishing. I felt she is very particular about her work, which is a good thing. Since I travel from Odisha, she even gave me an appointment on a Sunday, which was very helpful for me. They also called me later for a 6-month follow-up, but I could not attend due to work. Overall, I am happy with the treatment. The doctor explains everything clearly, takes time, and the clinic is very neat and clean. I had a good experience and I recommend this clinic

I have visited many clinics, but the honesty and ethics at Radhakrishna Dental Care stand out. Doctor explains everything in detail, never rushes, and always prioritizes what is genuinely needed. The clinic is hygienic, the staff is polite, and the treatment quality is world-class. If you want the best dentist or dental clinic in Rajahmundry, this is the only place I trust.

I was treated here in between February and March 2024 for my toothache. Dr Suseela faced difficulty in clearing infection in one my canal. They had taken 4 to 6 sittings for it. They had fixed one cap improperly (taken 2 sittings specially for it). Still I am facing issues like food lodging issues at treated teeth. There is no day without thinking of this clinic because of the poor treatment. I was told by doctor like after 6 months from treatment you will get a free dental check up, we will call you for free checkup. Till now I didn't get a call from anyone. I would like to specially mention here, nurse cum receptionist behavior was very arrogant with the patients. She don't know how to deal with patients and their complaints. Doctors behavior was very friendly and I found clinic was very hygiene. Final verdict is overrated clinic
