In the past two years, Rachael helped me buy two houses and sell one. She's great. During a months-long search for a house, Rachael was always willing to drop in at open houses and provide feedback. Rachael is an absolute joy to work with and I cannot recommend her enough. I initially reached out to Rachael with some simple questions, thinking I wasn't actually going to ever be able to afford a home in New England. She assured me otherwise! We then began to work with her, going to open houses, while she got a feel for what we liked or wanted in a home. She becomes somewhat of a home inspector during these open houses, letting us know what is in great condition or otherwise. This is very helpful especially in this market to know exactly what you'd be walking into if you put in an offer! As we felt more and more comfortable with her and found a house we liked, we entrusted her with helping us make the decision to put in an offer, which we did! She then works every day (and sometimes nights!) to make the best offer possible. I truly don't think we could have gone with a better realtor in this area. We love her and will always be thankful for her work in getting us our first home!

Rachael is wonderful and I would recommend her to anyone looking for an agent in Rhode Island. Providence can be a tough market but Rachael had our back while we tried to buy a place remotely from another country. Even after the purchase Rachael coordinated various maintenance and upkeep before our move. She goes above and beyond her job and is an extremely down-to-earth, likeable person.

Where do I even begin? I’d give Rachael and her team six stars if I could. We tried to buy a house in Providence last August, and we had a really awful time with a really awful realtor before we finally came to our senses and decided to work with Rachael. After that negative experience, it was mind-blowing how much easier and more positive of an experience we had with Rachael. As first time homebuyers, it’s hard not to feel like you’re being swindled by everyone you interact with, especially in this absolutely insane market. Rachael was patient, and kind, and took the time to not only educate us but give us the scoop on the neighborhoods she thought would serve us and our lifestyle the best. As her client, you know that she’s a hot commodity, but she still makes you feel like you’re her only client throughout the entire process. She showed us all around Cranston, Pawtucket, and Providence where we were looking to make sure we left no stone unturned in our search. We had a difficult buying process and inspection period due to the owner/realtor we purchased from (she warned us, but we decided to go ahead anyways), and she was tireless in her efforts to make sure the seller did right by us. Above and beyond all of this, she also gave us great referrals for any contractors or services we needed along the way and since the purchase. Susanna was also amazing, helping us out and stepping in to assist and keep us on track with appointments and communications. Overall, you could not ask for a lovelier, more knowledgeable, badass, knows-how-to-negotiate-her-butt-off realtor who will go to bat for you every time.
