🏡 How I'll Sell Your Home for TOP DOLLAR in 2023:
1. 💵 Do not overprice! Homes are not selling like hotcakes like they were back in 2020 and 2021. Buyers will know your home is overpriced. They will either wait for you to reduce, or move onto the next house that is already priced at market value.
As your realtor, I’m going to spend a LOT of time digging into the data and help you find that “just right” price.
2. 🧹 Declutter and Depersonalize! A great investment to make during this time is to rent a storage unit to put all your personal items into. Take family portraits down, put away the kids' school artwork and store away some of those bulky kitchen appliances.
Why this is important: Buyers need to be able to picture their lives and their things in the house. If you have too many personal items and too much clutter, it makes that image difficult for them and you’re going to lose out on a potential client.
3. 📈 Have a fully executed marketing plan! I have a comprehensive marketing checklist I complete with every home I sell, this includes but is not limited to: Professional high-quality photography, floor plans, 3D tour, various video formats, social media posts and advertising on MLS (Multiple Listing Service)
