Raad is the best. I've been going from barber to salon to barber for 10 years and finally found Raad about 6 months ago and see him every 2 weeks for a fade. He's consistent and remembers you and your cut. He's also fast but accurate. Decent price and first come first serve in and out.

Clean. Professional. Courteous. Excellent buzz cut and a great neck shave. I always visit Raad whenever I’m in need of a haircut and in Edmonds. I really appreciate him squeezing me in without an appointment.

Once again, I don't like to hand out five stars very often; I like to save them for those special, stand out places. Raad's is one of those places! The conversation was a lot of fun. The shop has a mix of old school and a cool modern vibe. The gold barber seats were my favorite! I haven't found it to be easy to track down good men's barber shops. This is a great one. The haircut was excellent, and he was smooth and efficient with it. I'm definitely coming back! I would encourage you to check it out! (Raad is pronounced like Rod)

Update 12/12/2024: This is got to be one of my favorite places to come get a haircut or a cleanup or a shave. This guy is truly an artist and you can see that his customers love him whether they’re new or they’ve been coming in here for years. The prices are just incredible. I needed to shave really bad before I flew back home so I came in and I was lucky enough to be a walk-in and get a spot But I understood why the place started filling up quickly. This guy is incredible. Very well done using the old school, razor to shave and very precise giving you a good clean look a master and being quick comfortable and safe ! Payment options are easy everything from Apple Pay to the old-fashioned card ! If you’re ever coming for a walk along the Edmonds waterfront and you need to clean up before you go out this is the place to go ! I can't believe how luck I was to find this place on a Sunday I called up I spoke to Mo this game was ridiculously cool so I ran over as soon as I could and I've never met somebody who's mostly an artisan as well as a barber this person took time to get to know me know how I comb my hair it was really quick but it was also very professional and very personal you can't beat these prices where I come from it easily would've cost twice as much in no time flat I like better than I ever had and suggestions for product there's pleasant options for style you know it and all the different ways that you could of pay simple place is comfortable I love it here.

Having your haircut, head shaved with the straight razor, beard trimmed, whatever...at Raad's is guaranteed to be a unique and awesome experience. The dude is just a pro. He is confident, kind, super skilled and funny as heck. He gave me a lot of life advice in addition to cleaning me up. I came all the way from Kalispell, MT to attend classes at the Center: A Place of Hope in Edmonds and was referred to Raad's Barbershop. It was my first experience getting a shave with the straight razor and also treatment with hot towels. Amazingly relaxing. I had the distinct feeling that I was lucky to have a very unique experience, that one can't get this treatment at any ol' barbershop. One of the things I looked forward to most when I returned to Edmonds last month was to go see Raad. (I have probably been to his shop ten times) Not only is he a badass barber but he is funny and nice. His smile is genuine and he remembers you. He is a committed family man and he gave me life advice that I respected and will apply to my own family. His accent is also very cool and I like how he called me "Boss." Thanks for everything Raad. I will be back for sure.

Such a good experience! I was very happy with how good the cut looked (I’m an “easy” one, tell that to the last couple people…), and he is so fast with it, too. Man goes about his business! Definitely found my new spot.

This place is great! Raad was very polite, fast, and skilled. He had a great idea what to do with my hair and prices were very very reasonable. Super friendly too, I'll be back!

This was my second time coming to this barber. Upon arrival, I was greeted with Raad saying, "easy money" to the gentleman in the chair. They had a chuckle and I sat down. Every other customer after me was greeted with a hello and welcome. I was 4th in line so I waited patiently. Raad engaged in conversation with each of his customers which is absolutely expected...he was polite and courteous to them. When it was my turn, he motioned for another gentleman to get in the chair. I said that I was next and they both obliged, simple mistake. When I got in the chair is when everything went wrong. I told him what I wanted and from then on, it was a rush to get me out of the chair. I had to remind him for certain services (straight razor line up around my face) which we had previously discussed. My fade is incomplete, there's still hair on face above my beard line, my beard is uneven, and this haircut looks overall incomplete. I'm not a barber but I'll do my best to clean it up. I paid $55 for this rushed and incomplete haircut. I don't mind the price for professional and complete services. Moreover, he definitely seemed to cater to the white older customers more than me for sure. My first experience of this from a person of color. I guess he didn't expect me to be able to afford my haircut. ‍ haircuts usually make me feel good and boost my confidence...this was a bad experience. If anyone reads this and can suggest a barber that cuts type 4a-c hair, please let me know. I need help. Won't support RAAD ever again. Update: As expected you don’t accept responsibility for your unprofessionalism. The haircut was incomplete. You cater to your white clients over anyone else, I’ve seen other reviews that say the same thing about you. What’s funny is that you’re a shady businessman. Good luck nonetheless, I’ll be sure to contact the better business bureau and file a complaint with the Edmonds city council!!
