Ron Anderson is a wonderful personal trainer. I highly recommend him. After a knee injury, I had lost strength and mobility, but he helped me rebuild both safely and effectively. He designed workouts that supported my recovery and challenged me. I’ve seen real improvements in my muscle strength, stability, and overall mobility.
What really stands out about Ron is how kind, thoughtful, and attentive he is. He listens, pays attention, and adjusts things when needed. I always felt supported and encouraged during our sessions. He’s awesome!
