R1 Carpet Care just brought my super shaggy, high-pile rug back from the dead and I’m obsessed! It was looking dingy, matted, and honestly a little embarrassing after years of foot traffic and dog zoomies. They picked it up, deep cleaned it, and delivered it back looking brand new – fluffy, bright, and smelling amazing. The white parts are actually white again! Communication was great, pricing was fair, and they clearly know how to handle delicate shag without flattening it. 10/10, will be using them for all my rugs from now on!

Mr. David is a very friendly man. He was prompt, professional and very thorough in his work. His carpet cleaning service was excellent.
