John with RU Stumped was great to work with. We had recently cut down a Bradford Pear in our back yard but were unable to get the stump removed ourselves. John was able to come out the next day to take a look, and by the end of the week, the stump was gone. He was easy to work with, fair pricing, and showed great professionalism.

I had a great experience with R U Stumped. From the first call until the job was complete I was very pleased with the service. John Hall ground about 100 small to medium stumps for me. He was prompt, courteous, thorough, and efficient. If I need stumps removed in the future I will definitely be calling R U Stumped.

John Hall, the owner of RU Stumped, removed 5 tree stumps from my property. Three of the trees were October Glory Maples, while the other two were Crepe Myrtles. I must say that John went above and beyond our expectations to ensure our satisfaction. His professionalism and politeness were unwavering. He was always on time for his appointments (providing the free estimate and conducting the service). Other companies have made appointments for me in the past, only to be no-shows with no-calls. He raked the wood chips from the grass after grinding the stumps and cut a number of surface roots trailing several feet away from the stump. John's excellent and detailed work ensured that I could plant another tree in that exact location if I so desired. His prices are reasonable! He even agreed to return if we found roots beneath the chip pile. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone!!!!

John from R U Stumped was great to work with! He told us he’d be here at 8 and… he was! We had several companies come out to give us quotes and John was the only one to quote us for a days work vs per stump (we had 20+ so this was nice), and his pricing was very competitive with others. Would definitely hire again!

John Hall, owner, was punctual when he made the appointment for an estimate and he was punctual when he arrived to grind 3 stumps. 2 on my property and 1 on my neighbors property. His work was impeccable and his work ethic and manners were refreshing. He was able to get into a very tight area we had thought was inaccessible and my neighbor and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the quality and skill he exhibited. I will have more work for him in the near future. Don’t hesitate to hire him.
